Job Title:Operations Support Executive

Location: Singapore
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-days work week)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Executive to support our day-to-day operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination across teams and delivering quality service to our clients.

KeyResponsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to project and technical teams
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and project records
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to handle enquiries and follow-ups
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy
Support daily office operations and process improvements
