L1 & L2 Teachers

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences for young children.
Create a warm, engaging, and safe environment that supports children’s holistic growth.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with ECDA, licensing, and centre policies.
Work collaboratively with the teaching team to uphold the centre’s vision and values.

Requirements

Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching or Leadership / Early Years certifications, recognised by ECDA).
ECDA certification as L1 or L2 teacher.
ARS certification is an added advantage.
Demonstrates a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative team player with a positive and caring attitude.
