Job Summary

Deliver strategic business insights and lead financial modeling to support corporate restructurings and investment advisory. Optimize client workflows, manage projects, engage C-suite stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts to drive data-driven consulting excellence.

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and corporate financial data to deliver high-quality business insights for consulting clients and internal leadership.
Build and maintain complex financial and operational valuation models to support corporate restructurings and investment advisory decisions.
Evaluate clients’ workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable business optimization strategies.
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting artifacts.
Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations directly to C-suite executives.
Mentor and develop junior business analysts to foster a high-performance, data-driven team culture.

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or management consulting.
Mastery of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian financial market, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to manage complex stakeholder relations.
Native or professional proficiency in English.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Familiarity with macroeconomic developments and financial policies/regulations in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
PMP certification.
Fluency in Mandarin to support North Asian clients.
