Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities across project sites, liaise with stakeholders, prepare documentation, support project management, and ensure safety and compliance throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance activities at multiple project sites to ensure timely and quality completion
Communicate effectively with clients, facility management teams, subcontractors, and residents to facilitate smooth project operations
Prepare detailed work schedules, progress reports, site records, and project documentation to support project tracking and compliance
Attend site inspections and follow up on work progress to identify and resolve issues promptly
Assist the Project Manager with project coordination and administrative tasks to support overall project delivery
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all works comply with project requirements and safety standards
