The Accounts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting for 3 companies in the group. This role requires hands-on experience with Xero, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multi F&B outlet financials in a fast-paced environment.

The location is in the HQ at Tai Seng

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Accounting Operations

Oversee full-set accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
Maintain accurate records in Xero
Monitor daily sales reconciliation (POS vs accounting system)
Review supplier invoices and ensure proper cost allocation

3. Compliance & Audit

Responsible for GST reporting and external financial statutory audits.
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
Prepare schedules and documentation for audits

3. Team Supervision

Supervise and guide accounts team.
Review work for accuracy and completeness

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, in F&B
Proven experience using Xero
Knowledge of Singapore GST and financial reporting standards
Strong Excel skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
