Job Summary

You will perform Infrared Thermography and Partial Discharge inspections on electrical systems to detect early-stage faults and enhance asset reliability for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform Infrared Thermography and Partial Discharge inspections on low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) electrical equipment to identify potential faults
Conduct on-site measurements and collect technical data to support accurate condition assessments
Analyze inspection data to detect abnormalities and provide practical technical observations to clients
Prepare clear, professional inspection reports documenting findings and recommendations
Operate and maintain advanced inspection instruments and software to ensure reliable data collection
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and site requirements during inspections
Maintain proper care and readiness of all inspection equipment to support operational efficiency
Complete inspection assignments within project timelines to meet client expectations
Continuously enhance technical knowledge and inspection skills through training and hands-on experience

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or inspection
Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data handling
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to travel within Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in Infrared Thermography and/or Partial Discharge Testing
Knowledge of low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) electrical systems
Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence
