Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and resilient Executive Assistant to support our Principal in a multifaceted capacity. This role is a blend of professional post-investment management, high-level administrative support, and lifestyle asset coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a "fast-paced execution culture", exceptional bilingual capabilities, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Investment Management: Track and manage the progress of various investment projects. You must possess professional communication skills and the ability to understand complex project dynamics.
Administrative & Private Office Support: Manage the Principal’s bank accounts, visa applications, private travel arrangements, and daily administrative tasks.
Business Translation: Provide high-quality Chinese-English interpretation and translation for both daily and formal business settings.
Lifestyle & Asset Management: Assist with the management of lifestyle assets, including but not limited to fine wine, art, and luxury watches. This includes research, procurement, and inventory management.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, external project teams, and the Principal’s family office to ensure efficient and accurate information flow.

Requirements

Background & Experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Analyst, or Project Manager within a Management Consulting firm, Venture Capital/Private Equity firm (specifically in post-investment management), or a reputable MNC.
Experience working with regional enterprises, including China-based businesses, is preferred. Candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment.
Excellent bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) to handle high-stakes business translations.
