Responsibilities

Deliver effective and timely IT support services to customers to ensure operational continuity
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone, email, on-site visits, and remote support channels
Manage and monitor installed systems, servers, and network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments to maintain performance and security
Maintain accurate IT inventory records and manage software licensing compliance for customers
Develop, update, and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides to support system usage and troubleshooting
Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software to meet customer requirements
Continuously research and apply the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices to improve service delivery and technical expertise
