Subscribe to Kahmuninc’s YouTube channel
Watch assigned video content and accumulate 100 hours of total watch time within one month
Analyse the content and develop original, high-quality ideas for future YouTube videos
Submit your ideas via email after completing the 100-hour requirement

Selection Process
There is no traditional interview required.
Instead, candidates will be evaluated based on the quality, creativity, and relevance of their submitted video ideas.

Compensation & Progression

Selected individuals will receive payment for their time and contributions
Opportunities to contribute to future content creation and video development
Hired individuals will be put on company’s payroll with CPF contributions
Hired individuals are paid based on time spent replaying videos while brainstorming for new content pay per hour(basic pay)

Work Flexibility (After Selection)

Full-time: Minimum 360 hours/month
Part-time: Minimum 180 hours/month
Ad-hoc: 1–2 hours/day
