Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support both financial and administrative functions. This role is suited for a hands-on individual who can work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.

🔹Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)

• Assist in GST reporting and compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external accountants

• Assist in filing, tracking, and maintaining contracts and agreements

• Handle correspondence, including drafting of letters and emails

• • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external parties

• Support company secretarial and compliance matters

• Assist the finance team by compiling and organising supporting documents

• Assist in payroll processing and staff claims

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Able t speak, read and write Mandarin

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience (SME preferred)

• Proficient in accounting software:

o QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, SQL

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office:

o Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Strong knowledge of GST and basic Singapore tax compliance

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality

• Able to multi-task and work independently

• Salary: to commensurate with experience
