Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and regional dishes.
Creativity and passion for developing new and innovative Chinese recipes.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a busy kitchen.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
