Job Summary

At Rentalworks, you will drive sales conversion and customer engagement through outbound and inbound communications, manage customer data and orders accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainable technology lifecycle management projects.

Responsibilities

Convert sales opportunities from existing customers and new leads to achieve business growth
Conduct outbound B2B calls to promote Rentalworks’ solutions and products effectively
Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails, assisting clients with inquiries about company products and services
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate client information
Report operational or client issues promptly to the relevant Supervisor for resolution
Process customer orders with complete and accurate documentation to support smooth transactions
Collaborate closely with Operations and Tech Support teams to coordinate project execution and account management
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma holder or higher educational qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Experience in leasing, event management, or IT sales is advantageous
Strong phone communication skills with active listening to understand client needs
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse client personalities
Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders
Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
