Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve technical issues, provide hardware/software troubleshooting
Assist in maintaining internal systems and applications, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of systems
Collaborate in the development and enhancement of internal systems to support operational needs
Assist in testing and implementing new software tools and updates related to reporting and user support
Monitor IT systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance
Prepare regular reports on system status, support metrics, and operational efficiencies for management review
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices
Assist in identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities in systems and processes
Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, testing BCP/DRC and rollouts
Contribute ideas and feedback during project planning and implementation
Assist in technical documentation and updating of IT SOPs
Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives
Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor/Management

Requirements

Experience in IT business analysis, solution development, and testing
Possess good service attitude, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Self-driven with the ability to manage multiples tasks/projects
