About the Role
Our client is a cutting-edge AI voice technology company building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to manage their most important customer relationships across North Asia and Singapore. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations, building executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts across North Asia and Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units and use cases spanning FSI, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals involving multi-product solutions and custom configurations including in-country data residency requirements
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, and business stakeholders while navigating regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating clients on emerging AI voice trends and shaping their long-term AI roadmap
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver and expand customer solutions
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies through executive briefings, onsites, and regional events
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in North Asia and Singapore markets
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts, with experience in large North Asia enterprises strongly preferred
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with relationship-driven decision making
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions including navigating renewal and expansion cycles
- Technical fluency to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, and data security requirements (is a bonus)
