Job Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented AI & CRM Systems Specialist to support the optimization of sales operations and client management processes.

This role focuses on building AI-assisted evaluation tools, maintaining CRM systems, and driving automation across client lifecycle workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Assisted Client Evaluation System

  • Design and implement AI-driven tools to support client assessment and qualification
  • Build structured evaluation models to enhance front-end sales efficiency
  • Continuously optimize AI workflows to improve accuracy and usability

2. CRM System Management & Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Perform regular updates, data cleaning, and system optimization
  • Support internal teams in CRM usage, troubleshooting, and best practices

3. Process Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and implement automation tools for client follow-ups, document management, and task tracking
  • Streamline internal workflows across sales, consulting, and documentation teams
  • Integrate AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload

4. Data Monitoring & Performance Support

  • Monitor system performance and generate reports on operational efficiency
  • Analyze user behavior and workflow data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with management to enhance system-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields
  • 1–4 years of experience in CRM systems, automation tools, or AI-related roles
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems)
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar workflow platforms)
  • Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, prompt engineering, AI workflows)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
