Senior Product Manager - Experience Optimization

Responsibilities

• Develop Web3 product strategy, roadmap, PRD, and phased delivery for experience optimization initiatives across key product journeys.

• Drive improvements in workflow efficiency, content clarity, conversion, and overall product experience across critical Web3 flows.

• Build KPI loops: instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, iteration, and impact reporting.

• Leverage product data, operational insights, and internal stakeholder inputs to identify friction points, define priorities, and drive optimization opportunities.

• Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and key stakeholders; manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

• Define scalable product solutions that balance experience quality, business goals, and regulatory requirements in a Web3 environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years PM experience; strong product background in Web3, crypto, or related digital platforms.

• Strong track record leading large, cross-team products focused on experience optimization, conversion, workflow improvement, or journey efficiency.

• Strong understanding of Web3 product flows, including wallets, on-chain interactions, signing flows, transaction states, and related user behaviors.

• Strong system design + decomposition ability; detail-oriented execution.

• Data-driven: metrics, funnel analysis, experiments, and impact measurement.

• Ability to identify friction points in complex product flows and translate them into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.

• Experience working across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI + Web3 products (e.g., Agent, automation, intelligent execution)
