Senior Application Architect / Modern Apps – Public Security Division

Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Application Architect with strong technical leadership to design and deliver innovative architectural solutions for public security projects integrating smart technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-level architectural solutions for modern applications in public security projects
• Deploy prototypes and support proof-of-concept (POC) activities to validate solutions
• Engage customers to gather detailed use cases and identify operational pain points
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Presales teams to develop new solutions and products aligned with client needs
• Lead technical discussions and oversee solution delivery to ensure alignment with project goals
• Support innovation-driven initiatives involving smart technologies and system integration

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in application architecture and development
• Demonstrated strong experience in C# development and application architecture design
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise applications
• Successful delivery of at least one government-related project
• Experience integrating software with biometrics, sensors, visual recognition, or smart systems
• Strong background in system integration and solution architecture
• Exposure to Cloud Native Technology and software development environments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in public sector or government environments
• Experience with smart systems or Internet of Things (IoT) projects
• Software Architect training or certification
