Job Description

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to sit at the intersection of GTM, data and sales. This is a rare opportunity to build GTM infrastructure from the ground up, working directly with our Sales and GTM leadership to transform how we understand, reach, and convert customers. If you're technical enough to build systems but obsessed with how businesses grow, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

You'll own the entire sales technology stack and data infrastructure that powers our sales and GTM motion:

Build intelligence systems

Build a system for intelligence on the whole market: web stack and performance for all companies raising rounds, going public or viral

Create a source of truth for our ICP and target account lists

Collect extensive data points on the web: site size, update frequency of their sites (using tools like Wayback Machine), tech stack changes, hiring updates and company department sizes

Automate the revenue engine

Build Slack alerts for key Framer events: signups, site launches, plan purchases - and route them to the right GTM team to reach out

Own all internal data on teams using Framer today using Pocus, building great views and data points that make it easier for the GTM teams to use

Pipe tools together and send data across systems seamlessly

Own the tooling stack

Take full ownership of all sales tooling, including HubSpot, Gong, Zapier, Pocus

Enable better ICP, budget, and persona research in HubSpot through improved structure and fields

Evaluate and implement new GTM tools like Unify, Outreach, enrichment solutions like Crunchbase, Apollo, Zoominfo etc

This is a massive role with tons of 0 → 1 building opportunity. You'll work directly with our CRO, our GTM and Sales leader to help them understand how to sell, and to make all their motions more effective. You'll be tasked with helping move Framer up market and to proactively take us there which is the biggest bet we have in the coming year.

What you’ll bring

Technical foundation

Computer science background or strong technical side projects

You love scripting, and to build automation and systems

Working solutions over perfect

Sales & systems thinking

Understanding of sales and GTM processes and how revenue teams operate

Experience piping tools together and setting up integrations

The right mindset

Close enough to an engineer that you can build technical solutions

Business-minded enough to understand GTM strategy

Ownership mentality - you want to own the entire stack and make it hum

What we offer

At Framer, we’re committed to helping you do your best work. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, a remote-first setup, great tools and gear, team retreats, and a growth budget for your professional development. Plus, equity lets you share in our success.
