Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Join as a Quality Assurance Engineer. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of banking applications used in global regulatory reporting operations. You will work closely with international teams, and contribute to automation-driven QA practices using Selenium-based frameworks.  

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in test automation; 
• Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance (QA) processes;  
• Hands-on experience with test automation;  
• Practical knowledge of Selenium automation framework;  
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts;  
• Understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC);  
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Development, Operations, QA). 

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to tools used alongside Selenium, such as TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Git; 
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured would be an added advantage.  

Responsibilities

• Lead test automation initiatives using our Selenium-based framework, directly impacting release quality and speed; 
• Collaborate with development and operations teams across to maintain our high standards; 
• Contribute to our department-wide test automation chapter, sharing expertise and driving best practice.
