Finance Manager (SAP, FP&A)

Our client is a global industry leader specializing electronic security and professional communications industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager (SAP, FP&A) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are based in the Central region - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director on governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee transfer pricing, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and audit coordination across local GAAP and IFRS requirements.
• Manage credit control, accounts receivable, collections, and customer dispute resolution to optimize cash flow and working capital.
• Handle complex customer escalations involving payments, delivery, warranty, and contractual issues.
• Monitor treasury activities, liquidity, banking relationships, and short-term funding needs.
• Support pricing, contract management, discount structures, and revenue recognition compliance under IFRS 15.
• Prepare financial, sales, and management reports, including performance analytics and regulatory reporting.
• Lead cost controlling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and intercompany cost allocations.
• Oversee procurement, indirect purchasing, invoice processing, and SAP financial transactions.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance controlling, accounting, or finance partnering within an MNC environment.
• Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge and familiarity with financial reporting and controlling processes.
• Good understanding of IFRS/local GAAP, transfer pricing, revenue recognition, and lease accounting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, credit management, and month/year-end closing activities.
• Comfortable operating independently in an individual contributor capacity
