We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead to oversee and support enterprise infrastructure and cloud projects within dynamic and mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in virtualization, cloud infrastructure, networking, and system operations while leading project execution and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and manage the technical aspects of infrastructure and cloud-related projects.
• Lead or participate in the setup, deployment, migration, and upgrade of system and network infrastructure environments.
• Design and propose end-to-end infrastructure and cloud solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, including project task delegation and technical skill development.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, and operational records.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues involving infrastructure, systems, and network environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and operational stability.
• Support infrastructure optimization, system performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server OS and Unix/Linux operating systems within virtualized environments.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with virtualization technologies and hypervisors, preferably Nutanix.
• NCP/NCM certifications will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and network security appliances.
• Good knowledge of network switches, routers, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Familiarity with container technologies and related platforms.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments and system integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
