Assistant Engineer (Field Service) $2.7K - $4K + VB (2 – 3 months) + Allowance $1200 (Fresh Grads / ORD Welcome)

Key Duties

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment
• Provide technical support and servicing
• Diagnose equipment faults, perform electronic and mechanical troubleshooting
• Support machine setup, modification, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities
• Assist Senior Engineers in higher-level technical work
• Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and maintenance records
• Attend meetings, technical discussions, and presentations
• Support customers to ensure smooth equipment operation and high service standards
• Perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster assignments
• Work closely with team members / customers to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related
• Knowledge in machine installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification preferred
• Willing to travel occasionally for work assignments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work effectively within a team environment
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
