Product Manager

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the design, documentation, and delivery of internal system products; participate in the full project lifecycle from planning to launch; accountable for product quality and user experience.
2. Maintain close communication with users to distill business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the business, abstract problems and features, provide comprehensive solutions and product roadmaps, and empower business teams through product initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to drive toward shared goals.
5. Stay informed on industry trends and developments relevant to B2B/enterprise products.

Requirements:

1. Experience with mid/back-office systems or open platforms is preferred.
2. Proficient in product design tools such as Visio and Axure; familiar with mind-mapping tools; basic knowledge of databases.
3. Familiar with requirements research and product design processes for ToB products.
4. Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, self-driven mindset; ability and willingness to work independently; excellent communication and project execution skills.
5. Diligent and detail-oriented work ethic; good resilience under pressure; able to maintain patience and persistence when faced with challenging work.
