Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Present menus and provide information on food and beverage items

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen

• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests

• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction

• Handle basic customer requests and report issues to supervisors

• Process bills and handle payments accurately

• Follow service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures

• Support team members and maintain a positive work environment
