Restaurant Waiter Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Waiter Supervisor to lead the service team and ensure smooth front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will supervise waitstaff, maintain service standards, and ensure guests receive an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of waitstaff

• Ensure high standards of customer service and table service

• Assign stations and manage staff during shifts

• Greet guests and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally

• Train, coach, and support waiters and new staff members

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of dining areas

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service

• Monitor staff performance and report issues to management

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and service standards
