Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software for unmanned surface vessels using C#, Python, and Java to deliver reliable autonomous control systems
• Apply networking knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols, to ensure robust vessel communication and data exchange
• Engage hands-on with computer hardware and electrical/electronic components to support integrated system development and troubleshooting
• Demonstrate self-motivation and resilience to manage challenging outdoor work environments on boats
• Rapidly learn and apply new programming and technical skills to meet evolving project requirements
• Collaborate with the engineering team to contribute innovative solutions for future marine technology projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in computer or software engineering or equivalent experience demonstrating programming proficiency
