QA Engineer

Location: Woodland, Company transport is provided
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:45pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for QA documentation and data control.

• Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/external quality performance.

• Conduct analysis on quality problems found by customer, QC, production and drive for containment action and permanent actions.

• Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal process and product.

• Implement control on Reject area for nonconforming material/product.

• Handle customer complaint and ensure that they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary countermeasures to prevent recurrence.

• Assist QA Manager in coordinating Engineering Change/Production Part Approval Process.

• Supervise generation of QA Work Instruction/Procedure and Part Inspection Plan.

• Understand customer requirements, adapt and share to all respective departments.

Requirements:

• LOCAL ONLY

• Travel: Willing to travel as required

• Overtime: Able to perform overtime when necessary

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably within the related industry)

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
