Engineering Manager

• Oversee machine reliability, feasibility testing, and validation to ensure high precision and performance.
• Partner with Technical Sales on specification review, costing, and solution evaluation.
• Own and resolve technical issues across the product line, including field-related challenges.
• Ensure machine performance at customer sites, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of design engineers in the development of semiconductor equipment, from module design to full machine conceptualization.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement (CIP) to enhance performance, extend product lifecycle, and improve cost competitiveness.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, DIVE).

Job Requirements:

• Degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in automation equipment design, preferably in semiconductor industry (sorter machines highly preferred).
• Solid background in high precision, high-speed mechanical systems.
• Proficient in CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of semiconductor packaging and assembly processes.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured methodologies.
