Process Engineer

• Fault finding and troubleshooting of process /tooling-related problems during production and testing.
• Initiate and conduct the test of new or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal process cycle.
• Initiate and implement productivity programs for the plant.
• Process improvement through capability studies.
• Preparation of process instruction.
• Oversees tooling for new products.
• Participate and recommend solutions to moulding problems related to moulds.
• Initiate engineering change.
• Implementation of mould preventive maintenance programs.
• Track movement of moulds and collaborate with Production Department.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with 3 years' experience in Plastic injection Molding, preferably in Medical and Automotive industries.
