Geotechnical Engineer

Undertake structural, geotechnical and hydraulic analysis, calculations and prepare design sketches and drawings indicating arrangement and design intent for a variety of building and infrastructure projects.

Conduct engineering assessments, evaluations and presentation relating to existing structures, structural alternatives and/or infrastructure scheme and prepare technical reports documenting the results.

Liaise/co-ordinate with other disciplines/departments in preparation of reports and design packages for multi-disciplines projects.

Communicate with clients, sub consultants, approving agencies, etc. for the purpose of obtaining design information, presenting design alternatives, and expediting approvals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.

Minimum 2 years of design experience in structural design of buildings, traffic diversion schemes, canal diversions, and infrastructure works.

Qualification must be acceptable for Professional Engineer (PE) registration with PEB Singapore.

Conversant with Eurocodes and authority submission procedures

Good written and oral communication skills
