At Tiong Bahru Bakery, every day starts with the smell of freshly baked croissants and the buzz of a lively café. We’re looking for Service Captains and Service Crew who love hospitality, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a dynamic café team.

What you will do
- Lead the front-of-house team during service and ensure smooth café operations
- Deliver warm, attentive hospitality to every guest
- Support and guide service crew to maintain excellent service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
Who we look for
- Passion for hospitality, café culture, and great food
- Confident working in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café
- Support teammates to ensure smooth service during busy period
