Senior Engineer (ACMV Project / Main Contractor)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior ACMV Engineer to support and lead ACMV works across building projects in Singapore.

This role is ideal for experienced engineers who are ready to take on greater responsibility and progress into an ACMV Manager role, with exposure to full project lifecycle including coordination, execution, and commissioning.


Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead ACMV project execution from installation through completion and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams on site matters.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, manpower deployment, and subcontractor coordination.
• Assist in testing & commissioning (T&C) and ensure system performance requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and report on site activities.
• Support procurement, material coordination, and project documentation.
• Assist in variation orders (VO), claims, and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–7 years of ACMV experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in ACMV installation, coordination, and site supervision.
• Exposure to testing & commissioning activities preferred.
• Experience working with M&E contractors or main contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
