Data & Marketing Executive, $4,400 (Kallang)

Location: Kallang (Near MRT)

Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,400

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze datasets, dashboards, and reports to support sales analysis and business decision-making
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies
• Drive and execute B2B marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and lead generation activities
• Support market development through data analysis using Microsoft tools, SAP, and internal systems
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and improve sales performance
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Contribute ideas proactively to enhance operational efficiency and commercial performance
• Support marketing planning, sales enablement, and customer engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 3 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within B2B industries
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in building dashboards and reports
• Knowledge of Power Automate will be advantageous
• Proven experience in campaign execution, lead generation, and data-driven marketing initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business trends and propose actionable solutions
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills
