Permit Engineer (Construction/ Civil Engineering)

• The role focuses on securing statutory approvals from agencies like the NEA, PUB, and SCDF to ensure the compliant, safe, and continuous operation of manufacturing sites
• Lead and manage statutory submission and permitting workflow with BCA (ST Submission, Permit to Commence works, As-built, TOP, CSC)
• Statutory Submissions: Lead regulatory applications and approvals for plant construction and equipment hook ups, ensuring strict adherence to environmental, fire, and safety regulations.
• Compliance Tracking: Create and manage permitting registers, meticulously tracking milestones to keep capital projects and facility modifications on the critical path.
• EHS &Process Safety: Collaborate with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leads to document Hazardous Substances, Toxic Industrial Waste management, and Process Safety Management (PSM) plans.
• Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in the construction/ manufacturing plant projects
