Duties:

• Provided application support by managing incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in line with SLA requirements and escalation protocols.
• Performed incident analysis, impact assessment, prioritization, and root cause investigations to identify resolutions and prevent recurring issues.
• Monitored system performance, application logs, interfaces, and batch jobs to ensure operational stability and timely issue detection.
• Executed SQL queries to support troubleshooting, data validation, reconciliation, operational reporting, and transaction analysis.
• Utilized ServiceNow and Jira to track incidents, manage resolution progress, and support batch processing activities including reruns and reconciliations.
• Acted as the key point of contact for application workflows, system integrations, APIs, middleware, and external system dependencies.
• Worked closely with development, infrastructure, cloud, and vendor teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
• Assisted in application release, deployment, and change management activities, including post-release validation and smoke testing.
• Managed system configurations and user access administration while ensuring adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards.
• Prepared and maintained SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation, while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of related working experience
