DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in the Insurance industry to drive enhancements across digital platforms and business solutions.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of innovative digital capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Review test plans/scenarios and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities within Agile delivery teams.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful project/initiative delivery.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and communication effectively.
Review business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital enhancement.
Support production releases and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Product Owner within the Insurance industry.
Proven experience delivering and rolling out enhancements on digital platforms and customer-facing solutions.
Exposure to solutions involving data analytics, automation, or AI-driven capabilities such as chatbots, process automation, and recommendation engines is advantageous.
Strong experience managing and collaborating with multiple business stakeholders across different functions.
