Internal Quality Engineer (In Process | PCB | Manufacturing)

The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role
• Office Location: Central with Islandwide Pick Up
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $4000 - $4900 Basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Monitor plant yield performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Lead non-conformance management, including RCA, CAPA, and quality issue resolution.
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable industry standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and R&D teams on quality improvements.
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable industry standards.

The Talent

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years Internal Quality/In-Process working experience
