Automation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software/hardware issues on installed Building Automation Systems
• Diagnose communication problem with control devices and other components.
• Perform software preventative maintenance on installed Building Automation and Energy Management Systems.
• Development of program and graphics design for Building Automation projects
• Create and maintain BMS documentation including Functional design and Software Test Documents
• Develop and enforce software standards and processes.
• Conform to project site safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Develop and enforce software standards and processes.
• Installation of Software solutions or custom drivers at client’s place
• Troubleshooting of Software suites developed by Wizard Engineering

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
• Understanding of HVAC, Building Automation, Energy Management, or other control systems
• Basic knowledge in protocols like BACnet, MODBUS and LON.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and symbols
• Proficient in software applications including but not limited Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in C#, .net frameworks and SQL database
