Senior Engineer (techno functional BA)

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and implementation of HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, facilitate requirements gathering, and work closely with system integrators to deliver scalable HR platforms and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate user requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators to analyze business processes and recommend solution improvements.
• Review and validate high-level design documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Support design trade-off discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
• Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in Business Analysis or Functional Analysis roles.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and business processes.
• Exposure to SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Fusion, or similar HR platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with system integrators and cross-functional project teams is preferred.
