World-Renowned Global Organization | SEAA Digital Analytics Team
A world well-known multinational organization is expanding its SEAA Digital Analytics team. This is a senior-level role responsible for leading BAU analytics, dashboard delivery, and KPI governance across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.
Location: Singapore (Hybrid – 1–2 days WFH)
Reporting Line: Based in Australia (Regional Manager)
Team Coverage: SEAA Region
Start Date: 1 July 2026
Role Overview
This role focuses on leading end-to-end BAU analytics operations supporting daily business functions. The Senior Data Analyst will oversee reporting, dashboard automation, KPI definition, and act as the key bridge between technical and business teams.
The role also includes supervision of junior analysts and ownership of data quality and reporting consistency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily BAU analytics, dashboards, and reporting across SEAA markets
- Define and standardize KPIs and business metrics across regions
- Develop and optimize dashboards using Power BI and Databricks
- Perform deep-dive analysis on business performance and campaigns
- Translate business requirements into structured data solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance standards
- Guide and mentor junior analysts in daily delivery
- Support multi-source data integration and reporting automation
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Databricks (MUST)
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboard design)
- Strong Python skills (C++ is a plus)
- Experience handling large-scale, multi-source datasets
- Strong KPI design and data governance experience
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple markets
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- English communication is sufficient
