HIRING FULL TIME SECURITY CENTRE SENIOR SPECIALIST

Location: Central Area

Position: Security Centre Senior Specialist

Salary (Gross):  $5,000 to $5,300 / month

Shift details:

Working Days: 18 Days per month

Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Security Centre Senior Specialist to support security operations within a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in monitoring, incident response, and intelligence reporting to support operational and travel risk management.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm

platforms

•⁠ ⁠Respond to real-time incidents and escalate threats in accordance with established protocols

•⁠ ⁠Monitor global and regional events (e.g., political instability, civil unrest, crime

trends, natural disasters) to assess potential risks to travellers, assets, and business operations

•⁠ ⁠Conduct open-source research and intelligence gathering

•⁠ ⁠Produce travel advisories, traveller briefings, and situational reports

•⁠ ⁠Support crisis response and incident management processes

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate logs and documentation of incidents and intelligence updates

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners when required

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience in a relevant field such as:

•⁠ ⁠Intelligence analysis

•⁠ ⁠Risk management

•⁠ ⁠Crisis response

•⁠ ⁠GSOC / Security Operations Centre environment

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in security technologies and monitoring platforms

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools is advantageous

•⁠ ⁠Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple incidents
