Key job responsibilities
Design Execution & Creative Development
- Own the design queue and end-to-end creative development for medium-complexity campaigns—from concept through production—across digital, social, OOH, on-platform ads, direct mail, experiential, and external partnerships
- Create original concepts and deliver design solutions where strategy is mostly defined, with guidance from Art Directors and Creative Directors; escalate trade-offs requiring senior input
Design Systems & UI
- Design, build, and evolve scalable design system libraries in Figma (component variants, auto-layout, design tokens), ensuring consistency across digital products and platforms
- Apply UI design principles—visual hierarchy, spacing systems, responsive layouts, interaction states—and maintain visual accessibility standards
Brand & Art Direction
- Support campaign art direction from concept to production; develop and strengthen brand assets, style guides, and usage standards across diverse categories and customer-facing touchpoints
- Ensure design accuracy and adherence to brand tone, Amazon templates, and style guidelines on all deliverables
Strategy, Data & Innovation
- Support strategy execution and client needs as defined in the creative brief through creative ideation and campaign development
- Leverage experimentation and performance data to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Identify emerging culture, design trends, and digital innovations to drive creative excellence

- Collaborate with global marketing teams, localizing creative where necessary
- Provide and manage design documentation, specifications, style guides, and training materials
Operational Excellence & Mentorship
