Job Description

As a Motion Designer, you'll create visually compelling motion assets for the Japanese market that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll work alongside strategists, creative directors, art directors, marketing partners, and global design teams to turn ideas into expressive and on-brand visuals. You'll be encouraged to explore new approaches, welcome feedback as fuel for growth, and constantly evolve your craft in alignment with Amazon's customer-obsessed ethos.

Key job responsibilities
- Produce experimental and engaging motion designs for paid advertising
- Transform static designs into animated content
- Develop visually impactful designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Create designs that drive engagement and conversion in digital advertising environments
- Develop scalable motion graphics templates and systems, often working closely with internal and external production agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand and business objectives
- Iterate based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback
- Stay current on design and motion trends and pop culture
- Contribute to standardizing motion requirements for Japanese and Korean artists and AM brand
- Partner with Global Motion Team to optimize motion templates for the Japanese market
