You will work with the various stakeholders including global tech team, sales, vendor/account management teams and other Amazon business partners to delight our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
• Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
• Respond to customer’s technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
• Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS/Amazon teams
• Position based in Japan
