Position Responsibilities:
Drive and deliver supplier quality management, including standard quality management systems. Lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions response. Lead and perform site audits. Develop KPIs or use existing KPIs to monitor processes and ensure they are operating at some level of process quality. Assess risk and build processes that prevent negative customer experiences due to process risks. Deliver solutions to complex problems through in-depth data analysis and forensics by using methodical approaches, along with experience, innovation and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial. Provide input into developing and publishing the organization’s quality policy. Align cross-functionally, influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders to deliver on the quality policy.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $145,184/year to $217,400/year.
