3. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Retail, Transportation, Finance, and Tech teams to remove systemic bottlenecks in the SMB supply chain
4. Build scalable mechanisms to monitor, diagnose, and improve key supply chain metrics (fill rate, lead time, PO confirmation rate, instock %)
5. Develop vendor segmentation frameworks to prioritize interventions based on business impact and operational maturity
6. Drive adoption of automation tools and self-service capabilities that enable SMB vendors to manage their supply chain independently
7. Influence product and tech roadmaps by identifying high-impact automation and tooling opportunities

About the team

We will achieve this by establishing tailored partnership models (leveraging people, process and tech interventions) across the vendor lifecycle, to elevate even our newest vendors to grow, while eliminating under-performance and bad actors.”
