Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, Amazon Leo

Bellevue, Washington, USA
full-timeMarketing & PR

Job Description

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.

The Amazon Leo team is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Partner Marketing Manager with a bias for action to excite, enable, and activate the Leo partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, the technology industry, channel partner marketing needs, and a stellar track record of driving successful marketing initiatives, programs, and campaigns for co-sell technology partners. In this role, you will serve as the primary marketing interface to Leo’s partner ecosystem, spanning Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Technology Service Distributors (TSDs) and their sales agents, telecommunications partners, and larger GTM customers, such as aerospace and major maritime operators. You will play a critical role in shaping GTM tactics and executing them with precision across a diverse and growing set of partner types. To be successful in this role, you will need to understand how different partner types go to market, what motivates their sales teams, and how to build enabling tools, content, and programs that make Leo easy to sell and advocate for. You will operate at the intersection of partner marketing, demand generation, and field enablement (with MDF governance and ABM-aligned execution as core operating disciplines).

Key job responsibilities
Interface with the Partner Program team to drive awareness of the Amazon Leo Partner Program across target partner communities, including VARs, TSDs and sales agents, telcos, and strategic GTM customers, ensuring partners understand the program’s value proposition, onboarding path, and go-to-market benefits.

Drive partner marketing enablement as a core component of the partner onboarding experience, developing and delivering a partner playbook and building (or providing partner access to) a library of marketing and sales materials, including collateral, pitch decks, social and digital content, and product information, so partners are equipped to generate demand with minimal need for assistance or oversight.

Collaborate with the Leo marketing campaign team to develop and execute partner-facing programs that drive partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and retention across all partner tiers and types.

Work closely with the Partner Program team to contribute marketing-informed insights that help shape the direction of the Amazon Leo Partner Program, bringing a field-level understanding of partner needs, content gaps, and activation barriers to program design conversations.

Build Amazon Leo brand awareness within target partner communities and enable partners to self-serve readiness content, raise their hand to join the program, and quickly ramp their teams on Leo’s value proposition, use cases, and target verticals.

Develop and execute tailored marketing enablement strategies for a diverse partner ecosystem, including VARs, TSDs and agents, telcos, and larger GTM customers such as Delta and major maritime operators, recognizing that each partner type has distinct go-to-market motions, buyer relationships, and content needs that require differentiated approaches.

Align and manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and budget to support strategic partner marketing plans and drive measurable pipeline impact by defining partner qualification criteria, co-investment requirements, and an investment strategy with specific goals (demand generation, enablement, co-sell acceleration, brand awareness) supported by clear activity-to- outcome mapping and governance to ensure proof of execution.

Connect MDF eligibility and priority directly to Leo’s ABM account coverage model, ensuring MDF-funded partner activities feed into account-level engagement scoring (6Sense signals, web visits, event attendance) tied to ABM account lists, MQA progression, and partner-driven pipeline tracking, so that partner marketing investment measurably changes target account trajectory toward readiness.

Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
