Job Description

Are you passionate about building seamless payment experiences for millions of customers? The Bill Payments team at Amazon Pay is looking for a Program Manager to drive horizontal programs that improve how customers discover, pay, and manage their bills on Amazon. You will own and lead cross-functional program tracks that directly impact customer experience, conversion, and engagement across the bill payments ecosystem.

In this role, you will lead program areas spanning BBSPS Operating Unit (OU), drive conversion improvements, reduce friction through reminder and paper-cut initiatives, and coordinate across product, engineering, design, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes at scale.

Key job responsibilities
Own and drive horizontal program tracks across Bill Payments, including conversion optimization, reminder experiences, and paper-cut resolution initiatives

Lead program execution across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables

Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics; track progress and communicate status to leadership

Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive cross-team alignment to deliver programs on time

Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable program plans
Develop and maintain mechanisms (WBRs, dashboards, trackers) to monitor program health and drive accountability

Conduct root cause analysis on program risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies

Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and scaling best practices across the team
