Business Planning Manager, Professional Services Strategy and Operation (PSO)
Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BRA
full-timeBusiness IntelligenceJob Description
We are seeking an Operations and Planning Manager to join our ProServe team. You will drive a consistent Rhythm of the Business (RoB) aligned with Global ProServe cadences, continuously raising the bar on operational rigor through data-driven analysis, automation, and AI-powered tooling.
Partnering closely with Business Operations managers, Business Leaders, Central Operations, and Geo Finance, you influence through others to deliver results. Success in this role means proactive process planning, intelligent automation, and compelling narratives that drive action. You earn trust by delivering business recommendations that are precise, data-driven, and reflect the nuances of each business segment.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the local planning process aligned with ProServe's global strategy, partnering with Geo and Operations leaders.
- Deliver data-driven analyses, define performance metrics, and surface actionable insights by comparing actuals vs. forecasts.
- Lead operational cadences (goal setting, revenue reviews, pipeline governance) and contribute to OP1/OP2.
- Own WBR/MBR/QBR frameworks end-to-end — including initiative tracking, forecasting guidelines, and action management.
- Author data-informed narratives and executive presentations; lead OP1/OP2 strategy documents.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives across the Business Unit.
- Lead operational initiatives from ideation to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and resolving risks.
- Leverage AI tools (GenAI, automation, advanced analytics) to accelerate reporting and insight generation; champion AI adoption within the team.
A day in the life
You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — coordinating the Rhythm of the Business across the Geo. Your week blends WBR/MBR/QBR cadences, Leadership Team syncs, initiative follow-ups, and data-driven narratives for senior reviews. You partner daily with Business Operations, Finance, and Area leaders to keep the plan on track, surface risks early, and turn data into decisions. AI tooling accelerates your impact — automating reporting, spotting trends, and freeing time for higher-value work.
