The Air Carrier Ops Manager will own carrier performance reporting across all business review cycles, manage airline schedule operations, and maintain the data and reporting infrastructure that underpins operational decision-making across the European air cargo network. This role requires a combination of aviation operations understanding, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex reporting and reconciliation processes in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Leading carrier performance reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review cycles, including data preparation, performance analysis, and facilitation of review sessions with internal leadership and carrier partners.
• Managing carrier on-time performance tracking and reconciliation, including delay attribution analysis, carrier controllable delay confirmation, and performance assessment against contractual thresholds.
• Managing end-to-end schedule operations via AirVision, including schedule implementation, cancellations, SSIM comparison and reconciliation with carrier systems, and upload to internal planning platforms.
• Owning and maintaining operational performance dashboards and reporting tools, including data integrity monitoring, query management, and continuous improvement of carrier performance visibility across the network.
• Providing financial reporting support to internal finance teams, including operational data for invoicing, block hours reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Managing scheduled communications with cargo customers and internal stakeholders regarding flight schedule changes, cancellations, and network adjustments.
• Conducting schedule audits and reconciliation between internal systems and carrier schedule platforms.
• Supporting broader carrier operations during peak periods and providing cross-coverage for operational monitoring and carrier engagement as required.
• Travelling to operational sites across Europe up to 10% of the time.
